A vote sounds fine to me. I think that responsibilities should be assigned before an election takes place, though.

Cleaning the boards (moving OT posts, asking OT discussions to move to another thread), Keep an eye on over the top/offensive flaming, and helping members.

i think a site along with the board could help draw people to us... also that seems like a good list of responsibilities.

Also there could be a page dedicated to some of the member's favorite films, complete with a summary, trivia, actors, director and other interesting stuff.

What is everyone's opinion of a bloody-disgusting style site? Their front page basically consists of horror news they found from other sources (this is okay to do as long as you credit a source).
