yeah i dont like this whole rappers acting in movies thing (or musicians for that matter) redman in seed of chucky, kelly rowland in fvsj.... blech. the only one i've reaally liked was aaliyah in queen of the damned, she did great with that role!

Certain people can do it... I consider Will Smith, Ice Cube and Queen Latifah excellent actors. LL Cool J is okay but only in a supporting role. |

I'll say Will Smith and Queen Latifah have proven to be good actors. Ice Cube i don't know.... and LL Cool J, meh i don't like his roles aside from one.

I don't mind them either, I just find Latifah to be terribly overrated and for the life of me I can't figure out why she continues to get these high profile roles.

i just want Busta Rhymes to come back for the sole purpose of dying a gruesome death from Mikey's blade. If the Akkads give a shit about the integrity of their meal ticket then they'll give the fans what they want. And thats Busta Rhymes' head.

Busta has churned out one good performance. He played a pretty convincing thug in the movie "Narc". Other than that, his acting is crap and I'd love to see him die a horrible death in the next Halloween.

i dont mind the black actors...mekhi phifer is awsome in dawn of the dead. ohh no i have no problem with black actors in fact there are quite a few great black actors (sam jackson, denzel washington, and morgan freeman all spring to mind) i just have a problem with musicians in acting roles... for the most part. |
