Yes I would, but Bush didn't do what is best for us. he xaptured Saddam Hussein and sent troops into Iraq to find weapons of mass destruction |

Why? There was absolutely no evidence that there were WMD's. Saddam wasn't a threat to America. Iraq didn't even have the capabilites to attack us. The real enemy, Osama Bin Laden, is still on the loose. Bush isn't even worried about him. Ugh....I'm racking my brain trying to figure out how anyone could think this tyrant is good for our country.

He is no longer a threat and with word of WOMD he sent our troops in to get them |

Bush sent less troops to Afhganistan than there are policemen in New York City. Osama was just an after thought to him. Osama is still alive and it is entirely possible he will strike again. We have heard from him since, have you seen the latest video released? I won't even mention that the Bin Laden's were family friends of the Bush family....Whoops! I guess I did.

a new video? I havent seen it. Well, for quite a while he wasnt a threat so we captured Saddam for the time being.

Well, there were numerous times he assumed Saddam was dead. It didn't stop him from still trying to find him dead or alive. It wouldn't have hurt for him to do the same with Osama. Especially considering Osama was the only real threat of the two. Regardless, we still had no reason to go into Iraq. Nothing you say will change my mind on that. Just like nothing I say will change your mind on Bush. I think we should just agree to disagree.  |

ok. im not going to cuss. you guys need to know that i am minoring in polotics. so i get fired up when its a descussion. im not going to try and persuade people they are wrong but i will give good evidence as to why the american people have let america down by putting bush back in office.
I as a "american" do not feel comfortable having George Bush as our president. Did I feel comfortable when clinton was? I was too young to care. But now that im old enough and know the issues in this nation, the issues that common everyday people like me have to face, i cant help but not speak up about it. It has been a known fact that when Clinton left office and passed it on to Bush America was in a really good place. When bush took office America started going downhill. Now, Clinton didnt have a war to face, he didnt have pressing issues with 9/11 and terrorist attacks. There might be a good reason for that, and that we will never know of because all we here is the media bullshit that gets fed into our minds. But what i do know is, out economy is terrible. Gas is at record highs,thousands upon thousands of job were lost, thousands of troops are dying..and still counting. Bush wants to get rid of minimum wage, where employers can pay their employees anything. How is that going to work? Thats going to put more and more people out on the streets that dont have millions of dollars to support themselfs. And on top of that, health insurence premiums have gone up, forcing people to go with out it.
Another issue that comes to my attention is Bushs advance to try to ban gay marrage. TEXT TEXT One cannot unite if one is going to divide. This is something bush should have learned while he was off at yale or harvard. Bush says he wants to protect the marrage of a man and women. Listen Mr. President, the protection of a man and womens marrage is there. No one is going to come in and try to ban it from happening. So why dont you get off of your high horse and admit you are a homophobe and move on. America does not need a civil rights movement to happen again. If you want american to unite and be one, then stop this adolf hitler shit and be a man, deal with gay relations.
Some of you might be thinking "how would kerry have made any of this better?" I dont know, but I as an american was willing to take the risk of putting him office and see. Not deal with bush for another 4 years. So why is bush president again? because people just dont care. but soon enough they will when all is lost. Its time for a change america, so why cant you just see that? America let me down.

Those are my closing thoughts. I WILL NOT except George W. Bush as our president. This man has to make up for the 4 years he stole from us. Do i see him diong that? absolutly not, i see him taking, and taking, and never giving back to america like clinton did. How many times have you see bush walking the march of dimes, or walking a marathon for cancer..or donating his millions of dollars to cancer, or childrens schools. trust me if he did, we would know about it. he hasnt. he could have did at least once in the past 4 years.

Bush came into office saying he would unite us americans together, and is now seeking to divide the country just for his own religous views. Now if you ask me, thats a little flip flop right there.
