From ANY horror film. Heres the ones i throught of (in no particular order):
Goriest:
JGTH- Where the girl in the tent gets split in half with the barb wire. Holy shit i almost puked.
Candyman- When the chicks assistant gets all slashed up in her apartment.
Scream- The two intro kills (Steve and Casey)
Dawn of the Dead- The girl getting chainsawed in half by accident.
Hellraiser- "Jesus wept"
Wishmaster- The intro in Egypt
Wishmaster- The guy puking up his intestines
*note* im sure WIshmaster had alot more but i turned it off after the guy got cancer. That movie is just sick.
Cooliest:
IKWYDLS- The guy getting hooked in the throat, slammed and dragged. Awesome.
Dawn of the dead- The guy who ran the gun shop getting 2/3's of his head blown clean off.
Scream 2- The cop who gets the pole through his head
Urban Legend- The guy getting Draino poured down his throat.
Idle Hands- Beer bottle through the head
F13 8- Julius getting his head punched off
Candyman- the guy getting a hook in the back of his head. Blood pours out his mouth.

Pretty much all of the 2004 Dawn of the Dead kills, the pole in the fat lady's skull, the chick getting her stuff chopped in half with a chainsaw and the baby getting capped,

as for coolest.. hmm
jason's sleeping bag into the tree kill in new blood
the gas station scene in urban legend
chucky's death(from when he was thrown in the fire to the end) in child's play
the counseler with the arrow in sleepaway camp (cuz i hated him)
the final death in the grudge (i don't want to say who it was as to not be spoilery!)

Some of the guys that died in Carpenter's The Thing were pretty damn gorey.
Captain Rhode's death in Day Of The Dead
The driver in the opening of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre pt 2
Jack in An American Werewolf In London (really because you see what he looks like afterwards)
Almost any death in Dead Alive (even though I hated the movie and looked more like V8 rather than blood, still damn gorey)
The man who had his neck torn apart in Demons
The blind guy's death in Demons

Quint in Jaws
The guy who was dumped with toxic waste then hit with a car in Robocop (not horror, I know, but damn cool)
